By making a booking with Cyclades AzulSailing the client agrees to the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.

A deposit of 30–50% of the total charter price may be required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be made via bank transfer and cash at check in.

Failure to complete payment within the required time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include or exclude certain services such as:

Fuel

Food and beverages

Marina fees

Taxes (VAT)

Crew gratuities

Details of what is included will be clearly indicated in the booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

More than 30 days before departure: 50% minus  the administrative fees.

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total charter price.

7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

If the client fails to arrive at the agreed departure time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Weather Conditions

Safety is the highest priority.

The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary if weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe.

If a trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions:

Clients may 

Reschedule to another available date.

Cloudy weather, light rain, or mild wind are not considered valid reasons for cancellation by the client.

5. Operator Cancellation

In rare circumstances, Cyclades Azul Sailing may cancel a trip due to:

Mechanical or technical issues

Safety concerns

Operational reasons

In such cases, clients will receive either:

A full refund, or

An alternative trip or rescheduled date, subject to availability.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

All passengers must:

Follow instructions from the captain and crew at all times

Respect safety rules on board

Behave in a responsible manner

The captain reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate the trip for any passenger who:

Is intoxicated

Behaves dangerously

Endangers the safety of others

No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

7. Health and Medical Conditions

Clients must inform CycladesAzulSailing of any medical conditions, mobility issues, or special requirements before the trip.

Passengers participate at their own risk and should ensure they are physically able to participate in sailing activities.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure passenger safety, Cyclades Azul Sailing  shall not be held liable for:

Personal injury

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Delays caused by weather or sea conditions

Events beyond the company's control

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

9. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that covers:

Trip cancellation

Medical emergencies

Personal accidents

Travel disruptions

10. Damage to the Vessel

Clients may be held responsible for intentional or negligent damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or onboard property during the charter.

11. Alcohol and Drugs

The consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation.

The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on board and will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

12. Children

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Life jackets will be provided and may be mandatory depending on sea conditions.

13. Photography and Media

During trips, photos or videos may be taken for marketing and promotional purposes.

By participating in a tour, clients agree that such materials may be used by CycladesAzulSailing, unless they request otherwise in writing.

14. Force Majeure

Cyclades Azul Sailing is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Port closures

Strikes

Pandemics

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.

Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
